After enjoying a second home on Vancouver Island for ten years we discovered an ideal location to build in Lakestone, then came our decision to choose a contractor which was sealed after having met with George at his Children’s Lottery home in Waterside. As was evident by his attention to the detail placed into the lottery home we knew we’d be in good hands. George paid careful attention to our ideas for designing our build which he then incorporated into the design for our particular location on the bench where we would be enabled to enjoy the spectacular unobstructed vista our lot provided. George gave us valuable insights throughout the build while we were still living in Calgary and couldn’t be on site regularly to monitor construction, however George kept us apprised on its progress which certainly gave us confidence such that each time we were able to be on site we were always impressed seeing the design becoming a reality. George and Jordan ensured all the details were completed to their highest standards.
We love the results and now that we’re settled we are looking forward to enjoying the numerous amenities the Lakestone development offers.

My wife and I now occupy a Noba Vision home we intend to stay in for many years to come as we settle into semi and later full retirement. Over the years we have had 3 homes designed and built so we are well experienced with contractor protocol and the home construction process. George’s willingness to present and accommodate our design plan changes as well as use of technology was impressive and made the changes and related costs we contemplated very clear to visualize and understand. Being out of town, we were rarely able to visit the home site and through technology and constant images and communication, we were kept abreast of the process and advised of our required input well in advance of the date the information or materials we preferred were required. George’s integrity is outstanding.
Our due diligence prior to making our final decision to build and design with Noba Vision include a visit to Lake Country District Planning Department where staff there commented that George’s organization and thoroughness keeps them on their toes, a surveyor that stated “if all builders built homes the way George does there would be far fewer post construction problems and more happy home owners.” and a competitor that told us George is probably the best contractor in the valley.
We have now occupied our beautiful Noba Vision home for nearly two years and are happier than ever.
